摘要
在盆栽试验条件下,研究了不同质量浓度丁二酸浸种对玉米干物质积累和运转的影响。结果表明,适宜质量浓度的丁二酸浸种既有利于玉米根、茎、叶、鞘等器官干物质的积累,又能提高玉米籽粒转运量和转运率,明显增加玉米籽粒干物质积累量。丁二酸浸种适宜质量浓度为200-400 mg/L。
In a pot experiment,the effects of soaking seeds with succinic acid on the accumulation and transportation of maize dry matter were studied.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of succinic acid could promote the dry matter weight of root,leaf,stem and sheath,enhance the transportation quantity and rate of grains,and increase obviously the accumulation amount of dry matter in maize.The suitable concentration of succinic acid for seed soaking was 200-400mg/L.
