9种化学药剂对玉米茎腐病菌的毒力测定及田间药效 被引量:13

摘要 采取含毒介质法测定了9种化学药剂单剂与复配剂对玉米茎腐病菌的生物活性。结果表明:阿米西达、金阿普隆对禾生腐霉(Pythium graminicola)的毒力较强,对菌丝生长的抑制中浓度EC50分别是0.57 mg/kg和0.58 mg/kg;满适金与敌委丹对禾生腐霉也有较强的毒力。对禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)毒力较强的药剂是适乐时、满时金、多菌灵、敌委丹,其对菌丝生长的EC50分别是0.03 mg/kg、0.30 mg/kg、0.56 mg/kg和0.89 mg/kg。用上述药剂处理玉米种子,对玉米茎腐病均有一定的防治作用,其中以敌委丹+金阿普隆(拌种)效果最好,防效为68.96%,其次为多菌灵+金阿普隆(包衣),其防效为58.62%。 The biological activities of nine different chemicals comprising of single-dose and mixtures were tested against the corn stalk rot pathogens by toxic media method in lab.The results indicated that both Azoxystrobin and Metalaxyl showed strong toxicity against Phthium graminicola,and EC50 for mycelial growth was 0.57mg/kg and 0.58mg/kg respectively,besides,the toxicity of Maxim and Difenoconazole against Phthium graminicola was also strong.Fludioxonil,Maxim,Carbendazim and Difenoconazole showed strong toxicity against Fusarium graminearum,and the EC50 for mycelial growth was 0.03mg/kg,0.30mg/kg,0.56mg/kg and0.89mg/kg respectively.The corn seeds treated with above chemicals have certain control effect on corn stalk rot.
