钢管3PE/3PP外防腐用挤出机的螺杆优化设计

摘要 介绍了钢管3PE/3PP防腐用挤出机的常规单螺杆的设计要点。为了克服常规螺杆进行防腐挤出作业时存在的塑化效果不理想,局部温度过高,挤出量不够稳定等缺陷,对挤出机螺杆进行了优化设计。讨论了固体输送段、熔融段和熔体输送段的优化方法,并对熔体输送段单头螺纹和双头螺纹的建压能力进行了流场模拟,得出了提高挤出机塑化质量和挤出产量的优化螺杆构型。 In this paper,designing key points of the normal single screw extruder used in steel pipe 3PE/3PP coating was introduced.In order to overcome some defects during coating process,such as plasticizing effect is not satisfactory,local temperature is too high and extrusion capacity is not enough stable,extruder screw was optimized design.Optimization methods of solid transporting section,fusion section and fusant tornaporting section were discussed,and Voltage setup capacity of single-start thread and double thread in fusant transporting section was simulated,a new kind of optimization screw which can improve extruder quality and output was obtained.
