摘要
中国住房金融业初步形成商业性住房金融和政策性住房金融的融资格局。但中国住房金融体系、运行机制以及政策法规还不完善,可以建立包括政策性、商业性以及合作性的住房金融机构和保险机构在内的住房金融体系,同时要充分发展和完善住房金融的一级、二级市场,加强住房金融市场竞争力,并尽快将其纳入法制化轨道。
With commercial and political finance working together, the housing financial system in China has been set up. However the structure, mechanism and political regulations of the housing financial system are not ripe enough. It is necessary to establish a new system with cooperation of housing finance units and insurance units. To develop both its grade 1 and grade 2 markets, strengthen its competitive ability and make it more legal, the housing finance in China will be ripened in the future.
