长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳醇提物药理作用比较

Comparison of Ethanol Extract from Mahonia Duclouxiana Gagnep and Mahonia Bealei

目的:观察并比较长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳醇提物的药理作用,为长柱十大功劳的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法,醋酸扭体法,番泻叶致小鼠腹泻法,异硫氰酸萘酯所致肝损伤模型对2种十大功药醇提限进行药效学评价,并对长柱十大功劳醇提物进行急性毒性试验。结果:2种十大功劳醇提物都具有抗炎、镇痛、止泻、保护黄疸型肝炎对肝脏损伤的作用,长柱十大功劳醇提物止泻作用效果优于阔叶十大功劳醇提物,其半数致死量(LD50)为33.45g.kg-1,95%可信限为(29.64～37.62)g.kg-1。结论:长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳醇提物药理作用相近,提示其药用价值有深入研究的必要。

Objective:To observe and compare the pharmacological effect of ethanol extract from Mahonia duclouxiana gagnep and Mahonia bealei,and provide the basis for the development and utilization of the former.Methods: The methods of croton-oil-induced ear swelling in mice,acetic-acid-induced writhing,folium-senna-induced diarrheal in mice were used and ANIT-induced liver injury models were made to test the acute toxicity of the extract from Mahonia duclouxiana gagnep.Results:Two kinds of the extract had the functions of anti-inflammation,analgesia,anti-diarrhea and eliminating jaundice.The functions of Mahonia duclouxiana gagnep were better than those of Mahonia bealei,and its LD50 was 33.45g.kg-1,with 95% confidence limit at the range of 29.64～37.62g.kg-1.Conclusion:The ethanol extracts from Mahonia duclouxiana gagnep and Mahonia bealei have the similar pharmacological effect and their medicinal properties need a further study.
