抑肝扶脾法内外兼治对恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态的疗效观察

Effect of interior and exterior treatment simultaneously with inhibiting liver and strengthening spleen on depressive state of patients with malignant tumor

[目的]观察抑肝扶脾法方药配合穴位敷贴对恶性肿瘤抑郁状态的疗效。[方法]将77例肿瘤患者随机分为单用中药组37例和中药加穴贴组40例,中药组用中药汤剂,中药加穴贴组在口服中药汤剂的基础上,加用麝香虎骨膏敷贴双侧足三里、阳陵泉、肺俞,连续3个疗程后分析SDS、Hamd抑郁积分变化。[结果]中药加穴贴组在降低抑郁评分及疗效方面明显优于中药组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]抑肝扶脾法内外兼治可更好地改善肿瘤患者的抑郁状态,实现对肿瘤患者持续稳定的心理干预,取得疗效最大化。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of inhibiting liver and strengthening spleen combining with point application on the depressive state of patients with malignant tumor.[Methods] Seventy-seven tumor patients were randomly divided into Chinese native medicine group and the Chinese native medicine combining with point application.The patients of Chinese native medicine combining with point application were sticked on the Zusanli,Yanglingquan and Feishu.After 3 treatment courses continuously,SDS,the Hamd depression integral change were observed.[Results] The curative effect of Chinese native medicine combining with point application group was obviously higher than that of Chinese native medicine group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] The method of inhibiting liver and strengthening spleen inside and outside concurrently may improve the tumor patient＇s depressive state and realize a continuous and stable psychological intervention to the tumor patient,obtain the maximum curative effect.
