法的自由价值在我国《职业教育法》中的体现

教育是一项关于自由的伟大事业,职业教育是一种相当重要的教育方式。为了保证教育事业以及职业教育事业的顺利发展,我国开展了大量的立法工作。由于法具有价值,尤其是自由的价值,因此,法律是规范职业教育事业发展的重要手段之一。因而,法的自由价值必然体现在《职业教育法》当中。《职业教育法》的任务是为了保障公民劳动的自由和权利。《职业教育法》将公民接受职业教育的自由和权利落到了实处。《职业教育法》的终极目标是培养全面发展的自由公民。

Education is a great enterprise about freedom. The vocational education is a very important mode of education. In order to ensure the development of education and vocational education, plenty of laws were legislated in our country. Because of the legal value, especially the freedom, legislation is one of the most important means of regulating vocational education. Thus, the legal value of freedom would be certainly embodied in Vocational Education Law. The task of the Law is to ensure the civilian＇s freedom and right on labor. The Law fulfills the civilian＇s freedom and right on being taken in vocational education. The Law should bring up the comprehensive free civilian.
