摘要
高职院校辅导员队伍就其个体而言,存在阅历不深、学历和政治素养不高等问题;就其工作机制而言,存在职责不明、队伍稳定性和工作认同感不强等问题。建立一支高素质的辅导员队伍,要采取完善选拔程序、建立资格认证和执业准入制度、加大培训、建立完善的考核机制和改善工作环境等措施。
In terms of individuals, vocational counselors are not qualified for not deep experience and low education and political literacy. On working mechanism, it has some problems as unknown functions, group non-stability and not strong work identity. To establish a high-quality instructors group, we should improve the selection process, establish accreditation and practice access system, increase training, set up a sound evaluation mechanism, improve the working environment.
