On Construction Way of College Students' Self-management Ability

自我管理能力是高校学生必须具备的素质,学生的自我管理能力培养是我国高教事业发展的必然要求。目前我国高校在学生自主能力培养上还有诸多不尽人意之处,需要通过更新管理和教育理念,加强制度建设,以人为本,培养大学生独立自主的学习、生活和参与活动的能力,使其成为适应社会需要的全面人才。

Self-management ability is an essential quality for college students. The cultivation of students＇ serf-management ability is the inevitable requirement of the development of Chinese higher education. At present, there are still some weakness existing in Chinese colleges in cultivating students＇ serf-management ability. Therefore, colleges should update their management and ideas, strengthen the system construction, and insist on human-oriented educational creed, so as to develop students＇ various abilities, and make them to be the all-round talents adapting themselves to the social needs.
