摘要 粽子是端午节的节令食品,历史悠久、源远流长。它的原始功能是祭龙祭祖的祭品、治病的保健食品、和谐邻里增进友情的礼品,自屈原投江殉国后,粽子的文化内涵得到了提升,成为人们纪念屈原,缅怀先哲,弘扬爱国精神的载体,即独特的民俗文化——粽文化。改革开放以后,又逐渐成为市场的时令商品,畅销海内外且倍受青睐。怎样继承和弘扬这一民俗文化,挖掘其文化蕴涵,是值得认真探讨的。 Dumpling is seasonal food in Dragon Boat Festival with a long history. Its original function is a sacrifice to sacrifice dragon and ancestors, health food to cure diseases, gifts to promote a harmonious neighborhood. Since Qu Yuan martyred, the dumplings culture has been enhanced as a carrier for people to commemorate Qu Yuan, cherish the memory of sages and promote the patriotic spirit. It has also become a unique folk culture - culture of dumpling today. After reform and opening up, the dumpling has become seasonal merchandise in market and the acclaimed best-selling at home and abroad. It is worthy of serious discussion on how to inherit and carry forward the folk culture, mining its cultural implication.
