Delta check rules run assessment

目的用文献提供的delta界限值对我院部分生化项目设定到信息系统中,分析该Della界限值的有效报警率。方法对本院住院患者部分生化项目进行delta界限值计算机程序设置,运行程序,收集2008年4月17日-2008年4月25日的运行结果并对其进行统计分析。结果 P,TB报警率较高,但大多为无效报警;CK、TP、ALB、CREA的有效报警率高。结论 Delta界限值的设置一定要选用不受或少受临床干预的项目,可提高报告审核效率,有效检出样本差错问题。

Objective Input the delta limits recommended by one piece of the literatures into our laboratory computer systems,and analyze that utility warning rate for this kind of delta check threshold value.Methods Make computer procedures about the delta limits for some of the test items in our biochemistry laboratory,operate the procedures for the inpatients only and collect the results between 17th,April,2008 and 25th,April,2008,and then analyze the data.Results There are ineffective check rate with P and TB,and effective check rate with CK,TP,ALB,CREA,respectively.Conclusion The selection of delta limits should be the projects which were without significant interference,and also had the benefit of check efficiency elevation and errors identification.
