非球面人工晶状体植入术后暗光下视力研究

摘要 目的探讨白内障超声乳化联合植入Tecnis Z9003、Acrsof IQ人工晶状体术,两组患者术后在正常瞳孔(直径3mm)及暗光下(直径5-6mm)祼眼视力的关系。客观评价两种非球面人工晶状体术后患者的视功能情况。方法年龄相关性白内障患者35例(46眼),分为Tecnis Z9003组20例(27眼)及Acrysof IQ组15例(19眼)。常规行白内障超声乳化联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术。分别记录术前最佳矫正视力及术后1周在正常瞳孔(直径3mm)及暗光下(直径5-6mm)裸眼视力。询问夜间视功能状况。采用SAS8.2统计软件对结果进行统计学分析。结果①术前平均最佳矫正视力:Tecnis Z9003组4.167,Acrysof IQ组4.142(P〉0.05),差异无统计学意义;②术后1周在正常瞳孔(直径3mm)下平均裸眼视力:Tecnis Z9003组4.896,Acrysof IQ组4.884,(P〉0.05),差异无统计学意义;③术后1周在暗光(直径5-6mm)下裸眼视力Tecnis Z9003组4.914,Acrysof IQ组4.916,(P〉0.05),差异无统计学意义;④询问患者术后夜间视物无特殊不适。结论在正常瞳孔下及暗光下,Tecnis Z9003组及Acrysof IQ组视力无区别。两种非球面人工晶状体均能较好在临床上应用。 Objective To investigate the differencc of the uncorrected wivual acuity in normal pupil(diameter 3 mm)and in low light(diameter 5-6mm)after the phacoemulsification combined with implantation of Tecnis Z9003,Acrysof IQ intraocular lens.An objective evaluation about the vision after phacoemulsification combined with implantation of two kinds of aspherical intraocular lens.Methods The total of 46 cyes of 35 patients with age-related cataract were civided into Teenis Z9003 group 20 patients(27 eyes)and Acrysof IQ Group 15 patients(19 eyes).Having phacoemulsification combined with implantation of the foldable intraocular lens.Informed consent including the best corrected preoperative visual acuity and the uncorrected visual acuity in normal puil(diameter of 3 mm)and in low light(diameter of 5-6mm)of one week after operation.To investigation the information of visual in the night after the phacoemulsification.SAS8.2 statistical software was used bor calcuations.Results ①The average best corrected visual acuity of preoperation:Tecnis Z9003 group is 4.167,Acrysof IQ group is 4.142(P〈0.05),the difference was not statistical significance;②One week of operation,the average of uncorrected visual acuity in normal pupil(diameter of 3 mm):Tecnis Z9003 group is 4.896,Acrysof IQ group is 4.884(P〈0.05),the difference was not statistical significance;③One week of operation,the average of uncorrected visual acuity in low light(diameter of 5-6mm):Tecnis Z9003 group is 4.914,Acrysof IQ group is 4.916(P〈0.05),the difference was not statistical significance;④The information about visual in the night after the phacoemulsification is not some comfortable.Conclusion The difference of the visual acuity of two groups in normal pupil(diameter of 3 mm)and in low light(diameter of 5-6mm)was not statistical significance.The two kinds of aspherical intraocular lens can apply the patient.
