护理专业学历工勤人员身心健康相关因素分析

Physical and Mental Health Status and Relevant Factors for Nursing Aides with Medicine Major

目的了解护理专业学历的工勤人员身心健康状况,探讨影响其身心健康的因素。方法运用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)及自行设计一般资料调查问卷对武汉市3所三级甲等医院临床支助中心的85名护理专业学历工勤人员进行调查。结果护理专业学历工勤人员SCL-90各因子得分均值均高于医院临床护理人员(P<0.05);除人际关系敏感外,其余各项因子得分均高于全国常模(P<0.05);与青年常模比较,躯体化、焦虑、敌对因子比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);护理专业学历的工勤人员SCL-90全部因子得分均高于无专业学历的工勤人员(P<0.05);影响护理专业学历工勤人员身心健康的主要因素为性别与是否参加高等教育自学考试(自考),男性的心理健康状况低于女性,参加自考的工勤人员心理健康状况低于未参加自考人员。结论护理专业学历工勤人员心理健康状况不容乐观,管理部门在对其相关专业知识培训的同时要注重开展心理卫生教育,以提高其心理健康水平。

Objective To investigate the physical and mental health status for nursing aides with medicine major and find the relevant factors. Methods Eighty-five nursing aides with medicine major in the Clinical Support Centers of three hospitals were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire for the general demographic characteristics data and symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） scale. Results Nursing aides with medicine major had higher scores in various factors in SCL-90 than the nurses in the hospital （P0.05）. The factor scores were higher than the national norm except the interpersonal sensitivity. There was significant difference between the nursing aides with medicine major and the youth norm in summarization, anxiety and hostility factors. Nursing aides with medicine major had higher scores in various factors in SCL-90 than nursing aides without medicine major. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that gender and selfeducation were two main influential factors for nursing aides with medicine major. The physical and mental health status for the male were worse than the female, and for nursing aides with selfeducation worse than that those without self-education. Conclusion The physical and mental health status for nursing aides with medicine major is not optimistic. Besides professional training, mental health education in nursing department should be carried out to improve the overall psychological qualities.
