广东省流动人口生殖健康教育干预效果Meta分析

Meta Analysis on Intervention Effect of Reproductive Health Education in Floating Population of Guangdong Province

目的评价广东省流动人口生殖健康教育和干预效果,为今后工作提供依据。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库等,收集了2002/2008年国内公开发表的关于广东地区流动人口的生殖健康预防和干预的文献,使用RevMan 5.0软件,对紧急避孕的应用、安全套的功能、性传播疾病的预防三个知识点,进行综合分析(meta analysis)。结果经过教育和干预后,紧急避孕措施知晓率上升了42%;安全套功能知晓率上升了24%;性传播疾病预防知晓率上升了13%。结论对广东省流动人口的生殖健康教育和干预收到了较好效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of reproductive health education and intervention in floating population in Guangdong province and supply reference for the future work. Methods Chinese Biomedical Literature Database （CBM）, Chinese Journal Full-text database （CNKI）, VIP in Chinese science and technology periodicals database, and Wangfang database were searched. Papers published on the reproductive health prevention and intervention of floating population in Guangdong province between 2002 and 2008 were collected. Meta analysis on three knowledge points, i.e. the measures of emergency contraception, the functions of condom and the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, were performed using RevMan 5.0 software.Results Through education and intervention, the awareness rate of the measures of emergency contraception, the functions of condom and the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases increased 42%, 24%, 13% respectively. Conclusion Reproductive health education and intervention has good effect on floating population of Guangdong province.
