摘要
介绍了镍-铁合金镀液中硫酸亚铁和三价铁离子质量浓度的快速分析方法。用硫氰酸盐光度法测定ρ(Fe3+)。用钛铁试剂光度法测定总铁量,从总铁质量浓度减去三价铁离子质量浓度并经计算得到硫酸亚铁的质量浓度。
Rapid analysis methods for determining ρ(FeSO4.7H2O) and ρ(Fe^3+) in a Ni-Fe alloy plating bath were introduced.The ρ(Fe^3 +) in the bath is determined with thiocyanate spectrophotometric method,and the total quantity of ferous and ferric ions in the bath is determined with tiron spectrophotometric method.And then the mass concentration of ferrous sulfate in the bath can be derived from the difference between mass concentration of total iron ions and ferric ion.The experimental results show that the recoveries of the present methods for determining ferrous sulfate and ferric ion are 98.5% and 101% respectively.
