摘要
在充分认识南阳油田南部陡坡带泌304区块核桃园组核一段和核二段储层地质特征基础上,对常规低伤害压裂液D3F-AS05进行大量室内实验,优化出适合该区的压裂液配方体系。研究结果表明,优化后压裂液黏弹性好,剪切稳定性强,施工摩阻低,压后返排率高,储层伤害低。现场应用表明,该配方体系压裂工艺简单,储层物性适合度高,可极大提高压后产量。
A large number of laboratory tests has been conducted for the conventional low damage fracturing fluid D3F-AS05 in order to optimize a fracturing fluid formula based on thorough understanding of the reservoir characteristics of the H1 and H2 members of the Hetaoyuan formation in Bi 304 block on the southern actic region of Nanyang oilfield.The result shows that the optimized fracturing fluid has good viscoelastic nature,shear stability,low friction,high cleanup rate,and low damage to reservoirs.Field application shows that this formula system requires simple fracturing process,is highly adaptable to various reservoir properties,and can greatly increase postfrac flow.
