摘要
介绍了西气东输山西管理处沁水燃气压气站变电所6 kV补偿电容柜高压熔丝频繁烧毁的故障现象,通过分析得出软启动器产生的5次谐波电流是导致熔丝熔断的主要原因,提出通过调整电容柜运行方式来避免熔丝烧毁的措施,最后详细介绍了加装过流继电保护来防止熔丝烧毁的改造方法。
The frequent fusing phenomenon of high voltage fuse of 6 kV compensation capacitor cabinet for substation is described,which is used for Qinshui combustion gas station at Management Department of WEPC.It is concluded throughout analysis that the main reason causing fusing is the 5th harmonic current from a soft starter.Such measure as to avoid fusing by way of adjusting operation mode of capacitor cabinet is proposed.And the modification method of adding over current relaying protection device to avoid fuse being fused is introduced in detail.
