摘要 利用营养液培养方法研究了叶面喷施氯化钙(CaCl2)对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、丙二醛及脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,喷施CaCl2能够显著提高盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的干鲜重、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,显著减少丙二醛和脯氨酸的积累,从而减轻盐胁迫伤害,促进黄瓜植株生长。 The effects of CaCl2 on the growth of cucumber seedlings,the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoid,malondialdehyde(MDA) and proline in leaves under the salt stress by the hydroponic method.The results showed that the dry and fresh weight and the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid were significantly enhanced,but the MDA and proline significantly decreased,so the foliar spray of CaCl2 could alleviated the salt injury and promoted the growth of cucumber seedlings under the salt stress.
