TNFSF15基因与克罗恩病研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 胃肠道炎症性肠病(IBD)包括克罗恩病(CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(UC)。近年来对于CD基因易感性的研究成为热点。肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员15(TNFSF15)是新发现的CD的易感基因之一,其蛋白产物TL1A与特异性受体DR3结合可诱导NF-κB的激活,促使细胞凋亡,也能加强Th1和Th17细胞的功能,在免疫调节及炎性反应中具有重要的作用。
