高压输变电线廊下居民健康状况问卷调查

Questionnaire survey on the health of the inhabitants under high Voltage Transmission Line

目的了解超高压输变电线路产生的工频电磁场是否对居住居民的健康产生影响。方法按居住地距高压输变电线路垂直距离远近分为观察组和对照组,以相同的问卷对两组居民的一般生活状况、健康状况及与健康相关的行为进行面对面地询问调查。结果两组居民一般生活状况及与健康相关的行为无统计学差异;两组人群个体神经精神状态调查中自述头痛和易疲劳的比例则有统计学差异。结论高压输变电线路产生的工频电磁场对居住居民的健康的主观影响多于客观影响。

Objective To understand the influence of the power frequency electromagnetic fields produced by high voltage transmission lines on the health of the residents.Methods According to the different vertical distances between the dwelling places and high voltage transmission lines,the residents were divided into the observation group and the control group.The same questionnaire was used for the two groups.General living status,health,and the behavior related to health were face-to-face interviewed.Results There was no statistical significance in the general living status,health,and the behavior related to health between the two groups.However,headache and fatigue were statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusions Subjective influence of the power frequency electromagnetic produced by the high voltage transmission lines on the health of the residents was found,no objective indicator was discovered in this study.
