介绍了卵磷脂的发展现状、化学组成及超临界态二氧化碳脱脂工艺。
The chemical composition and developing status of lecithin were introduced. The process for production of deoiled lecithin by extraction with supercritical carbon dioxide presenting was described. The application and developing prospect of lecithin were briefly related.
