功能性食品添加剂品种繁多,国内市场发展迅猛。由于前几年国内保健食品市场的不健康发展,使保健食品市场出现了较大滑坡,作者在此借鉴日本的发展谈了几点看法。
The additives that provide matrix materials for health food production are called functional food additives, which have been developing rapidly to various kinds in domestic market. The unhealthy trend several years ago led to a sharp decline in the health food. Some suggestions were presented based on foreign development.
