摘要
研究了显色剂5-Br-DMPAP作为光度法测定Zn(Ⅱ)的新方法。在pH=9.0缓冲溶液及非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)存在下,该试剂与Zn(Ⅱ)反应生成稳定的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为556nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.72×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),锌含量在0~1.23×10~5mol·L^(-1)范围内服从比耳定律,该方法应用于人发,药品中锌的测定,结果令人满意。
A highly sensitive and selective photometric method for determination Zn(Ⅱ) with a reagent 5 - Br- DM-PAP is studied in this paper. In the pH = 9.0 buffer medium and in the presence of surface active agent OP, the reagent reacts with Zn(Ⅱ) to form a stable purplish red complex, which has an absorption maximum at 556 run, with an apparent molar absorptivity of 7.72×10~4L·mol-1·cm-1, Beer's law is obeyed in the range (0-1.23×10^(-5)) mol·L-1 solution. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Zn(Ⅱ) in hair and medicine with satisfactory results.
