广西猫儿山自然保护区民营化生态旅游发展研究

Research on the privatization of the ecotourism development in Guangxi Maoershan natural reserve

广西猫儿山国家级自然保护区内拥有丰富的自然资源,其生态旅游发展却比较缓慢。随着民营旅游企业的投资经营,猫儿山自然保护区迎来了新的发展机遇。介于自然保护区发展生态旅游的地域特殊性和民营企业投资经营景区旅游的主观盲目性,通过探讨猫儿山自然保护区民营化生态旅游的宏观和微观背景,结合自然保护区民营化生态旅游的现状,提出自然保护区民营化生态旅游发展的具体对策,建议民营旅游企业制定企业规划,规范景区经营;完善基础设施,建立人才机制;开发旅游产品,整合营销策略;创建企业文化,带动社区发展;注重环境保护,加强生态教育。

Guangxi Maoershan natural reserve has abundant natural resources, while the ecotourist development is slow. With the investment and management by private tourist enterprises, Maoershan natural reserve is meeting a new change for development. Considering the positional particularity of the natural reserve and the subjective blindness of the＇private enterprises investing in the scenic spot, the authors investigated the macro and micro background of the protection of Maoershan natural reserve, and by combining the present situation of privatization of the ecotourism in the area, proposed concrete measures for private ecotourist development in natural reserve, put forward the proposals for the private tourist enterprises in the following aspects： to stipulate enterprise planning, regularize the management in the scenic spot; perfect infrastructures, establish mechanism for talents; develop tourist products, integrate marketing strategy; build up enterprise culture, bring along community development; pay attention to environmental protection, strengthen ecological education.
