合成对甲苯磺酰甲基异腈后处理的研究

Study on the After-Treatment in\=the Synthesis of Toluenesulfomethyl Isocyanide

对以二氯甲烷为溶剂合成对甲苯磺酰甲基异腈的后处理过程中，氢氧化钠的用量进行了初步研究，提出了对应于每摩尔对甲苯磺酰甲基甲酰胺的投料量，需加入２．６ｍｏｌ氢氧化钠配成质量分数为０．０７至质量分数０．１０的水溶液的较佳操作量。

During the after-treatment process of synthesizing toluenesulfomethyl isocyanide with dichlormethane as the solvent,the consumption of NaOH has been studied.Corresponding 1.0 mol tosylmethyl formamide,2.6 mol NaOH in the forms of 0.07 mass percentage to 0.10 mass percentage aqueous solution was added,at the same time,the affection by temperature changing on the end product was pointed out.
