半围合组团建筑的能耗模拟研究——以西安地区为例 被引量:6

摘要 通过对西安住区组团结构中半围合体系住宅的热环境研究,利用所建立的算例模型,采用逐一改变半围合建筑各朝向长度比例的单因素分析方法,模拟研究住宅建筑全年动态能耗的变化.以期在满足围合式建筑的规划组团布局要求下,以建筑物能耗最低为判据,找寻各朝向的最佳比例关系.模拟显示西安地区建筑物应选择"L"形围合最合理,即当建筑物西向无延伸,东向延伸外墙与南向水平外墙长度比为0.5∶1时,建筑物全年综合能耗最低. This paper focuses on studies about semi-enclosed residential thermal environment in Xi′an area. Through changing the different size ratio of the building's each direction,the establishment of model are simulated and analyzed for the annual changes of dynamic energy consumption for residential buildings. Through simulating,the thesis shows that an ‘L’ shape enclosure will be ideal esp when the west wall extends no more,and the length of the east wall over that of the south wall remains 0.5∶1.0,the annual energy consumption of the building stays the lowest.
