优势视角的社会工作在社区矫正中的运用——以社区矫正对象G某为例

Taking the Social Work of the Strength Perspective in Community Correction——In light of the G of the community correction subject

优势视角是社会工作的一个基本范畴,其关注的重点是发现、发挥和发展矫正对象自身的优势和潜能。矫正工作者可以将优势视角的社会工作方法引入社区矫正实践之中,促进矫正对象的再社会化过程。本文结合矫正实践中的典型案例,阐述了优势视角的具体运用过程及其策略,以期对社区矫正工作发挥积极的作用。

Strength perspective,as a category of social work,pays great attention to dicover,play and develop correct subjects＇ own superiority and potential.In oder to realize the re-socialization target of the correct object,strength perspective method in the social work should be introduce in community corrections practice by the correction works.In this paper,we use the typical cases in the correction practice to describe the concrete application of the strength perspective.
