摘要
目的建立大型综合性医院护理人员能级划分体系。方法采用目的性抽样方法,对某地5所大型综合性医院12名护理专家和47名一线护士进行深入访谈。访谈提纲包括围绕护理人员能级体系设立的9个问题,在研究过程中采用资料合众法、研究人员合众法、收集资料合众法和分析资料合众法。结果研究得出大型综合性医院护理人员等级、各等级准入标准和详细赋权工作内容。结论应建立护理人员等级体系,稳定护理服务队伍;完善准入标准,提升各级护理人员整体素质;规范各能级护士的工作内容,改进护理服务内涵质量。
Objective To establish the ability level system of nursing staff in large general hospitals.Methods Using purpose sampling method,12 nursing specialists and 47 practicing nurses from 5 large general hospitals were investigated with in-depth individual interviews.The interview outline contained 9 relevant questions of ability level system for nursing staff.A series of research methods were applied in the research including the information triangle method,researchers triangle method,data collection triangle method and data analysis triangle method.Results The research proposed the nursing staff levels,the levels of access standards the detailed contents of empowerment work.Conclusion The nursing staff levels should be established to stabilize the team of nursing services.The access standards should also be improved to enhance the overall quality of nursing staff at all levels.The content of the ability levels of nurses should be regulated to improve the content of nursing quality.
