糖尿病合并肺结核患者的护理

Nursing of Diabetic Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨糖尿病合并肺结核患者的护理方法。方法 2006年1月至2009年5月收治的60例糖尿病合并肺结核患者,对其采取强化血糖控制、饮食治疗和出院指导等治疗与护理措施。结果 60例患者中,治愈46例,好转12例,无效2例,无一例发生压疮;治疗2个月后,平均空腹血糖为（8.8±0.8）mmol/L。其中痰菌阳性的30例患者,治疗和护理2个月后痰菌转阴25例（占86.2%）。结论应根据患者糖尿病和结核病的具体病情,制定相应的护理计划与措施,以促进患者尽快康复。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Sixty diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2006 to May 2009 undergone a series of treatments and nursing measures of enhancing blood glucose control,dietary therapy and discharge guidance.Results Of the 60 patients,the recovery,improvement and invalidity were observed in 46,12 and 2 respectively without pressure sore.The average fasting blood glucose level was 8.8±0.8 mmol/L after 2 months of treatment.Of the 30 patients with positive detection in sputum,the negative conversion rate was 86.2%（25/30） after two months＇ treatment and nursing.Conclusion Based on the specific treatment and recovery of patients with diabetes and tuberculosis,appropriate care plans and measures should be developed to promote a speedy recovery of patients.
