摘要 本文通过在烧结杯上作点火实验,描述了烧结点火工艺制度与烧结混合料表层不同深度温度的变化及它们之间的定性关系。提出了在我国细精矿烧结条件下,采用最低点火能耗点火工艺制度烧结,返矿量增加,烧结矿强度降低,烧结工序能耗升高,生产不经济。对厚料层烧结宜采用低温、窄高温区点火工艺制度,对薄料层宜采用低温、宽高温区点火工艺制度,可以使点火能量得到充分利用,收到好的经济效益。 This paper described the quantitative relationship between ignition heating patterns and the temperature variations at different depth from bed surface, based on sinter pot test, With respect to the fact of fine concentrate sintering in China, the ignition regime with lowest energy imput will result in more return fine, lower sinter strength, and higher process energy consumption.In order to make full use of ignition energy and to gain the high economical benifit, the low temperature heating pattern with narrow high temperature range for deep bed, and the low temperature heating pattern with wide high temperature range for shallow bed are recommended.
