Policy Rules and Regulations for Golf Sport and the Environment of Public Opinion

通过收集整理有关高尔夫球运动的规制性政策文件及传媒舆论,了解高尔夫球运动发展环境。研究表明,从政策层面上看,规制性措施多为土地利用与房地产开发方面,并没有限制作为体育本质属性的高尔夫球运动的发展。从舆论环境来看,存在因政策规制所引起的种种误区,需要从对高尔夫球运动的理性认识上加以引导。

This paper understands the environment for the development of golf sport through gathering and collating policy documents and public opinions related to golf sport.In terms of the policy level,rules and regulations largely concern the land use and real estate development,without limitations to the development of golf sport with its sports qualities.In terms of the public opinions,misunderstandings induced by policy rules and regulations exist,which calls for guidance on rational understanding of golf sports.
