高校办高水平运动队的困境与出路

Difficulty of and Outlet for Colleges and Universities to Run High-Level Sports Teams

运用文献资料法、专家调查法、理论分析法等对我国高校办高水平运动队面临的困境、问题等进行了阐述,认为高校办高水平运动队亟待解决的问题是：在目的定位方面各级部门及其领导应尽量划一;在深层次上探讨和提高教育规律和训练规律的融合度,从而解决学、训矛盾;进一步理顺管理体制,为高校运动队参加国内外高水平运动竞赛创造条件;大幅度提升教练员水平;提高运动队生源质量;进一步加强运动项目布局的合理性;广开渠道,加大经费投入;加大场馆建设力度;尽快形成训练传统和环境及竞技文化氛围。

Literature review,expert survey and logical analysis are employed in this paper to discuss the difficulties and problems confronting Chinese colleges and universities to run high-level sports teams.It is believed that the following problems need to be solved quickly： departments of various levels and their leaders should have a uniform goal positioning;the integration level of education and training laws should be addressed to resolve the contradiction between learning and training;the management system should be further improved to facilitate the participation of high-level sports teams in domestic and foreign competitions;the coach level and student quality should be greatly enhanced;the sports layout should be more reasonable;the sports channels should be broadened and fund input should be increased;the construction of sports venues should be enhanced to form a training tradition and environment and cultivate an athletic cultural atmosphere.
