摘要
在赖氨酸发酵动力学研究[1]的基础上,把发酵过程划分为四个阶段。收集了22组赖氨酸分批流加发酵实验数据,用模式识别优化技术进行寻优。
The fermentation process was divided into four stages,base on the study of fermentational kinetics of Lysine.Collected 22 groups experiment data of Lysine fed-batch fermentation.The technological condition of every stage and feed scheme were optimized by the pattern recognition technology.\=
