转蜘蛛杀虫肽与Bt毒蛋白C肽基因小黑杨对舞毒蛾中肠组织结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用透射电镜观察舞毒蛾幼虫取食转蜘蛛杀虫肽与Bt毒蛋白C肽融合蛋白基因小黑杨叶片后,其中肠组织的病理变化。结果发现,转蜘蛛杀虫肽与Bt毒蛋白C肽融合蛋白基因小黑杨,能够引起舞毒蛾幼虫中肠组织发生明显的病理变化,致使幼虫中肠组织受到严重破坏。幼虫中肠组织中,柱状细胞、杯状细胞结构发生明显的病理变化,并随着取食的时间和取食量的增加,其病变和破坏的程度逐渐加剧。 With transmission electron microscope(TEM),after larvae of Lymantria dinnaeus feeding-damaged by leaves of transgenic Populus simonii×P.nigra with fusion protein gene of the spider insecticidal peptide Bt-toxin C-peptide,pathologic changes of mid-gut tissues in larvae of Lymantria dinnaeus were observed.Result shows that transgenic Populus simonii×P.nigra with fusion protein gene of the spider insecticidal peptide and Bt-toxin C-peptide can cause notably pathologic changes in mid-gut tissues of Lymantria dinnaeus,and lead to serious damages.Pathologic changes of cylindrical goblet-cell structures in mid-gut tissues of larvae are shown.The lesion damage degree are increased gradually with the increase of feeding time amount.
