摘要
文章介绍了烧结过程中废气成份(O_2,CO,CO_2)变化的代表性曲线及碱度、含碳量、燃料粒度和精矿种类对废气成分和废气温度的影响,讨论了利用废气成分判断烧结过程抽风量、透气性指数、过剩空气系数、含碳量及石灰石量波动的方法。提出了利用废气成分预测烧结过程终点及烧结矿FeO含量的方法。
This paper described the typical curve (O, CO, CO_2) of sintering waste gas composition, and the effects of carbon content, fuel size and kinds of concentrates on the waste gas compesition. How to utilize the gas analysis for judging the variations of sintering process parameters, such as sintering air volume, permealbility index, excess air ratio, carbon and lime-stone addition was discussed. The method for predicting burn through point and FeO content in sinter from waste gas analysis was proposed.
