摘要
变色熔合双光镜片由变色大片和双光小片两部分玻璃材料组成。本工作根据变色镜片的基本组成特性,研制出了适宜的双光小片玻璃,将两者加工成光学球面后熔合在一起,形成具有不同光学曲光度的光学玻璃双光眼镜片。探讨了熔合工艺流程及其要求、工艺参数、小片玻璃的组成与特性要求、各组成因素对其膨胀系数的影响程度、小片玻璃的熔炼工艺与要求,通过运用田口方法进行参数选优的结果,提出了调整因素,通过实验调整,使膨胀系数稳定在规定范围之内,将由膨胀系数超出范围而引起的炸裂数从20%降低至5%以下,并大规模生产出合格产品。
Fusion-welded multifocal photochromic ophthalmic lenses are composed of photochromic major lense and high refractive index segments lense. Based upon the basic characteristics of photochromic ophthalmic lense the optimun segments lenses are developed. By fusion welding the multifocal ophthalmic lenses with different diopters can be obtained. This paper is concerned with fusion process, technical parameters, composition and characteristics of segments lenses,the effect of composition on thermal expansion coefficient and melting technology of segments lense. As the results of optimization the thermal expansion coefficient is controlled within a safety range so that the crack due to thermal expansion difference reduced from 20% down to less than 5% and a great deal of good products were produced.
