摘要
报道了利用直流辉光放电正柱区产生的冷等离子体对非极性塑料制品进行的表面改性,同时利用这一原理研制了用于这类塑料制品表面处理的工业生产设备并在生产实际中进行使用。实践表明,非极性塑料制品处理后其表面与油墨、油漆、粘接剂、镀膜层间的结合力显著提高。
Surfaces
of nonpolar plastic products are modified by cold plasma produced from DC glow discharge
positive column.Based on the principle,the industrial equipment is developed for the surface
treatment of these products and put into use.Results show that once the nonpolar plastic products
go through the surface treatment,binding forces between ink,painting,adhesive and coating film
respectively are improved efficiently,meeting the practical requirements.
