摘要
介绍了以线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)为基体、加入部分共聚聚丙烯(PP)制备路障分隔桩专用塑料合金的研究,发现LLDPE/PP配比为60/30的合金的力学性能、韧性及耐热性完全满足路障分隔桩的使用要求。加入少量抗老化剂,合金的抗热氧性和抗紫外性有明显改善,且发现适宜的抗老化剂用量为0.3%~0.4%。差热分析(DTA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察结果表明。
The plastic alloy for roadblockseparate stakes,based on LLDPE and copolymerized PP,is studied.It is found that mechanical properties,toughness and heat resistance of the alloy with the ratio of LLDPE/PP is 60/30 can meet the practical specification wholely.The resistance to heat oxidization and ultraviolet of the alloy is improved considerably when a little antiaging agent is added into and the appropriate dosage of the antiaging agent is 0.30.4 percent.Results of DTA and SEM show that the alloy is endowed with excellent compatibilization.
