摘要
本文介绍了醋酸乙烯酯—丙烯酸共聚乳液胶粘剂的合成与性能 ,研究了聚乙烯醇缩醛化和复合乳化剂体系对乳液稳定性和抗冻性的影响及引发剂用量和聚合保温时间与转化率的关系 ,同时还研究了丙烯酸含量对粘接强度的影响及 PH值与共聚乳液粘度的关系。结果表明 ,通过聚乙烯醇缩醛化和复合乳化剂体系 ,提高了乳液聚合稳定性和耐寒性 ;丙烯酸单体的引入 ,提高了乳胶的粘接强度 ,同时由于丙烯酸功能性基团的自增稠作用 。
The Way to prepare VAC/AA copolymer emulsion adhesive was introduced.Relationship between properties and influence factors,such as polyvinyl formal,emulsifying agent system,initiator concentration,AA content,PH value,reaction temperature and time was investigated.The result indicated that the modified VAC/AA emulsion adhesive can efficiently improve the storage stability,freezing resistance and adhesion strength.
