摘要
燃气轮机电厂用空气过滤纸的老化是威胁发电机组安全运行的重要因素之一。本文对多个空气过滤纸在使用前、后的性能与结构进行了分析,结果表明:使用后过滤纸的耐破度、抗张强度和零距抗张强度都显著下降,电镜显示纤维内部结构出现明显的破坏,纤维聚合度下降了67%,使用后过滤纸浸渍液的氢离子浓度相对使用前提高了100倍以上。证据表明酸性导致的纤维老化是造成电厂用空气过滤纸性能下降的主要原因。
Aging of air filter paper is one of the main factors that threaten the safe operation of gas turbine. In this paper, the properties and structure of air filter paper before and after using were analysed. The results show, the burst strength, tensile strength and zero span tensile strength of the filter paper decreased remarkably after using. The SEM photoes show the internal structure of the fibre was destroyed and the fiber polymerization degree reduced by 67% ,the hydrogen ion concentration in immersed water of filter paper after using increased over 100 times. All evidences confirm that for the air filter paper, the aging of fibre caused by acid is the main reason of performance degradation.
