摘要
筛鼓是压力筛的重要部件,筛鼓质量的好坏直接影响筛选效率、筛选质量及筛鼓本身的寿命。本文从棒条式压力筛筛鼓制造过程的质量控制角度进行阐述,包括压力筛筛鼓的结构组成、筛鼓零部件加工过程的质量控制、筛鼓组装焊接及整体加工过程的质量控制以及筛鼓成品的质量检测等。
Screen drum is an important part of pressure screen, and its quality directly affects screening efficiency, screening quality and itself life. Quality control for bar-type pressure screen drum is described in the paper, mainly including screen drum structure, quality control of parts, assembly welding and the whole machining in manufacturing process, and quality inspection for finished screen drum.
