摘要
在抄纸车间,工业起重机是造纸流程的一个重要环节。如何根据各造纸机的参数,正确设计和选择起重机工作级别和运行速度等参数,关系到起重机能否安全可靠运行。文中联系实际案例,详细分析纸卷起重机各关键参数的设计计算,不仅可供新建纸厂、纸厂改造和纸厂设备管理人员参考,对起重机设计和销售人员也具有一定的参考价值。
Industrial crane is an important equipment in papermaking plant. Correct design and selection of working grade and operating speed are related to safe, reliable operation of a crane. In this paper,design and calculation of the key parameters of the paper reel crane are analysed in detail, which can be a reference for the equipment management personnel in new ard rebuilt paper mills, and also for the designer and salesman of the crane.
