摘要
以聚醚多元醇 ( N 2 10 ,N3 3 0 )、甲苯二异氰酸酯 ( TDI)、N-甲基二乙醇胺 ( MDEA)为主要原料 ,通过丙酮法合成了不同交联程度的阳离子型聚氨酯乳液 ,讨论了 N3 3 0 /N2 10摩尔比对乳液粒径。
Crosslinking cationic polyurethane emulsions were synthesized from poly (propane oxide) glycol (N210,N330),TDI,N-methyl diethanol amine (MDEA) by acetone solution process.The effect of N330/N210 molar ratio on emulsion partical size,viscosity and the strcture and properties of PU films was studied.
