摘要 本文针对我国 PVA行业现状提出行业技术进步方向。内容包括醋酸乙烯合成新技术 (新型催化剂和载体的采用 ,改进反应器结构及放大技术 ,加压反应 ,撤热方式的改进 ,气力输送 ,催化剂等 ) ;采用不同聚合方式如改变聚合反应条件、低碱醇解、新型高效塔设备技术 ;新品种的开发 ;公用工程新技术的采用 。 To point at the current situation of poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) industry in China,The directions of technological reform of PVA industry were pointed out.Those include the following aspects:1) adopting new systhesis technology of vinyl acetate,sach as new types of catalyzes and supports、structure of reactive equipment and enlarging technology、compression reaction、removing heat pattern、gas transport and catalyze.2) adopting new types of polymerization,such as changing the conditions of polymerization、low-alkali alcoholysis and new type of high-efficiency tower.3) development of new products.4) adopting new technology of pubulic engineering.5) strengthening organization and leading of the trade,etc.
