摘要
结合参与吉尔吉斯2 500 t/d水泥厂工程项目管理的切身体会,从该项目管理组织架构、三大目标(投资、进度和质量)控制之间的关系、合同管理、采购管理、沟通管理、绩效管理和HSE管理等七方面对境外工程项目管理的特点进行分析,提出境外工程项目管理应注意的事项。
According to the practice of project management in the 2 500 t/d cement plant project in Kyrgyz,we analyze the characteristics of overseas project management from seven aspects,including the management organization structure,the relationship between three objectives(investment,progress and quality),the contract management,the purchasing management,the communication management,the performance management and the HSE management We also point out matters of attention in overseas project management.
