摘要
塑性混凝土防渗墙在抛石围堰上的应用在防渗墙施工中是不多见的,特别是在抛石堤块石粒径较大、孔隙率40%以上、强渗漏的地质条件下,运用"强漏失地层造孔的控制技术"和"气举反循环排渣清孔技术"等工艺,克服漏浆塌孔、孔底沉渣超标等诸多困难,按照设计要求,利用塑性混凝土成功形成了地下连续防渗墙。实践证明,上述几项关键技术的合理运用,能够有效解决在抛石堤上施工防渗墙的技术难题。
The plastic concrete cutoff wall is used at the riprap cofferdam.This is rare for cutoff wall construction,especially when used in the larger sized rock riprap breakwater.It has more than 40% porosity and strong protection against leakage.With the successful use of "leakage stratum formation control technology","air-lift reverse circulation slag to dig a hole technology",and the other technologies,we can overcome the difficulties such as leakage and hole-collapse,and make a groove through the built hole.According to the design requirements,the successful use of plastic concrete forms the continuous underground cutoff wall.Practice has proved that the rational use of several key technologies can effectively solve the technical problems of riprap embankment in the cut-off wall construction.
