JVS水泥改性剂在海港码头混凝土结构维修加固中的应用

Application of JVS cement modifier for repair and strengthening of sea harbor structure

介绍JVS水泥改性剂配制的JVS聚合物水泥砂浆(混凝土)与JVS聚合物聚丙烯纤维砂浆(混凝土)配合使用的材料性能、配制、施工工艺,及其在海港码头维修加固中,在修补混凝土裂缝、劣伤等缺陷及堵漏防水防渗等方面的独特性能,施工工艺简单,易于操作,施工质量易于保证。一些海港码头的现场对比试验数据表明,用JVS水泥改性剂配制的材料修补后,码头维修加固质量同普通水泥配制的材料相比得到了更好的保障。

This paper expounds the performance,preparation and construction technology of JVS polymer cement mortar and JVS polymer polypropylene fiber mortar（concrete） prepared by JVS cement modifier,esp.the unique properties in repairing concrete cracks and other defects,and in anti-seepage and anti-leakage treatment,etc.in sea harbor repair and strengthening engineering.It is simple in construction process,easy to operate,and the construction quality is easy to be guaranteed.The comparison of field experiment data among some sea harbor engineering reveals that the quality of seaport improved by using JVS cement modifier is much better than that by ordinary cement.
