On the geographical foundation and vistas of Guyuan Town in Ningxia

固原县城有较长的发展历史，几经兴衰，总体发展缓慢，远不能适应作为区域中心的需要．文章从发展的区位条件、地貌基础、水资源基础和区域基础四个方面论述了固原县城产生演变的特征。

Guyuan Town has experienced some rises and declines in the history.It has developed slowly and could not meet the demand as the ceater of the region.Some factors of Guyuan Town ,such as location,landform,water resource and regional foundation are studied,and their influence on the development of the town is discussed.
