摘要
针对当前汽车仪表的发展趋势,设计了一种以MSP430单片机为核心,以步进电机为传动机构的汽车指针式转速表,阐述了步进电机细分驱动的原理、单片机对步进电机的控制方法、单片机与CAN总线通信接口的设计。此外,还利用单片机的串行通信模块,设计了与计算机通信的串行接口,并给出了系统的硬件电路图和软件流程图。实验结果表明,系统运行稳定、可靠,采用的步进电机细分驱动技术,大大提高了仪表的分辨率,满足了系统的高精度求。
For the current development trend of tachometer, this paper designs the car of analog tachometer, which is based on MSP430 and drove by stepping motor. The paper describes the principle of stepping motor subdivided driving, the controlling of stepping motor with MCU, and the design of communication interface for MCU and CAN bus. In addition, the communication with MCU and computer is realized by the serial communication port. The system's hardware schematics and software flow chart are also discussed in this paper. The result shows that the system is running stable and reliable. With the using a stepper motor subdivided driving technology, it improves the resolution of the tachometer greatly, and realizes the system's high-precision requirements.
