Now standard of strength calculation is not come on about the flange and the structure of flanged connection,but the maximum working pressure is an important parameter for safe working of flange.So finite element soft ANSYS was used to make analysis the flange stress on jacket furnace,stress distribution status and inspect strength of its structure was obtained both internally and externally.Through finite element analysis,full grasp of the structure strength reserve state.
